Am i imagining things or is it cool to wear diapers now?

i read about kids wearing them so they can play for hours on video games and not have to get up. there is also way more urination in porn than ever before. is this exploding in popularity suddenly because i used to hear about it occasionally but now theres hardly any websites that DON'T have a section for it?
