Fussy baby!!! Help please!!!?

My baby is two months old. She was born 6 weeks premature but she had no complications and her doctor says she's doing really well. She is not breastfed but has been doing fine with formula. She has been really fussy lately. I gave her prune juice because she hasn't pooped in days but that doesn't seem to be the problem because she finally pooped and is still fussy. I use Dr. Brown's bottles to reduce colic. I've given her gripe water, Mylicon, cut the vacuum on, changed her diaper, and fed her. I don't know what else to do! Any suggestions???
