15 mo old with what looks like bug bites on butt cheeks?

What the heck is this?? First it was one now two now three bug bite looking thing scabbish on her bum. She had a diaper rash or yeast i think it was yeast because the yeast cream doc prescribed before when she had it is working..a little..and diaper rash cream doesn not help like it would with a normal diaper rash. But more importantly what could the scab looking bug bite be on her bum? She also seems to be getting a light pink dotty rash up her side...ahh everything hits at once! Answers sppreciated til she can be seen by doc.
