Can I sue Wal-Mart for being FIRED?

I have a friend who worked at Wal-Mart for almost 15 years-Her son (26) told her to buy a kit to download music from His computer to her cell-She went to His house & He tried it while she played with Her Grandson-He said it was the wrong piece & put it back in her purse. Later that day she went to Her other 2 grandsons & they were playing handheld video games- She KNOWS NOTHING about computers That evening went home & put it in a Wal-Mart bag to be returned-A few days later when she went to work she returned it at 6:30am before her shift. It was a $10.00 item.She found a chip in bottom of her purse a few days later& put it on her kitchen table later that day,she thought it was something for the older boys game. 2 1/2 weeks later she was called in the office & told that was stealing because it was missing 1 piece of the 3-She was told to leave - She went to her Son's house after she was fired & asked Him if he put everything back in the package -He said yes--Then he explained what the piece looked like & She said "Must be the piece that I thought was for my older Grandsons video game"She has NEVER had anything against in ALL those years-She is in "COMPLETE SHOCK" she cried for a week-This girl is 52 & her husband of 25years passed away 2 years ago -She is SELF supporting-How could THIS HAPPEN IN AMERICA??I think Wal-Mart really sucks-She contacted a lawyer who told her Wal-Mart is SOOOOO Big & have sooo many attorney's that they get away with it-He said the real reson she was REALLY FIRED was because SHE MADE to much money-Now they can hire 2 full & 1 part timer for the money she was making--How can they just take your life away-BEWARE "OLD TIMERS " at Wal-Mart your NEXT---If You know of a Lawyer who has enough nerve to take them on LET ME know-I have been on the internet looking up ALL the old cases against Wal-Mart NIGHTMARES -Resons people were fired for NOTHING!!! PLEASE RESPOND IF YOU ARE AN ATTORNEY-OR HAVE A NIGHTMARE TO TELL ABOUT WAL-MART
