I have a friend who likes diapers?

One of my friends told me today that when he gets home from school he takes of his brothers diaper and licks the poop out of his butcrack and then eats the poop out his brothers diaper. Then gives his brother a Weiner lick. what do you think the reasoning for this could be and could it taste good?
