When I die soon can I request what my funeral will be like and who I want and don't want there?

In my town there are little fakies who could care less about someone but if they die they act like they were their best friends. I'm not trying to be ignorant but my funeral is not going to be filled with douche bags. I want to write a list of who will be at my funeral and I want a theme. It should be a funeral with joy and to celebrate. It will be sad but I want balloons and a karaoke with cake at my funeral.
