My Parents Claimed My Child On Their Taxes? Can They Legally Do That If I Am 17 And Still Living With Them?

My baby boy was born December 30, 2010. My parents decided to claim them on their taxes without asking me! I pay for everything for him. Food, diapers.. etc. I want to know is this legal? Can i report them to the IRS? The baby's father is in the military and i told him to claim his son on his taxes and he is going to. My parents also said they are only getting $200 for him since he was born 2 days before the new year? Is this true? I don't think it is. I think u get the full amount. I would like to know what should i do to get the MONEY I DESERVE.
