My mom prays so that my shihtzu dies .?

Isn't that a sin to pray so that my shihtzu puppy dies. She hates it because it poops and pees in the house and because it smells. I take it a bath every Saturday I bought training pads diapers etc she has 2 other dogs but hates mine Only .and she prays for my dog to die I believe that is a sin.
