Baby has slept maybe 5 hours since 11 am!help?

Hi my 7 week old who was also 6 weeks early woke up to eat around 11 ate and has been up since.She slept from maybe 2-230 and ate then was up until maybe 4 and slept for another hour and has taken about 2 or 3 20 minute cat naps. Everytime i put her to sleep then put her down maybe 5 minutes later she is up and only wants me to hold her...and right now she is squirming and fighting me holding her..wants the pacifier then spits it out and just keeps squirming at fussing,she is just extremely non content and i dont know what to do,this has been all day!!! I understand they start staying awake more now at this age but she isnt just up she is fussing and just not happy i feel like ive tried everything,keeping diapers clean,feeding her which shes doing fine with,rocking her,singing to her and even tried a little gripe water but she just isnt happy and mommys going crazy. help?? :(
