Can i sue,since my airbags didnt go off like they were suppose to in my wreck?

I wrecked really badly,the light that indicates the airbags were suppose to go off but the air bags didnt..Its a brand new car only has 38000 miles on it..and i got it insepected by the dealership a month ago and they told me everything was good.Can i sue them?
