How to deal with Diaper rashes?

Hi friends. Can anyone suggest me a good pediatrician? My daughter is 15 months & has developed very sensitive skin to diapers.She frequently develops diaper rashes despite the fact that she was on diapers 24X7 till a month ago & all was fine. If any1 has suffered from similar problem, do share your experience. My pediatrician, though experienced is of no help. He belongs to a school that thinks diapers shouldn't be worn. please suggest me what shall i do? i have been tackling this problem from more than 1 month now. her condition improves and worsens off and on.
