I'm throwing my first baby shower and I need ideas!?

after haveing four kids i only had well one shower with the first, so i would have one suggestion, use the rubber ducks that are the decorative type to make your center pieces and maybe, try another question other then for crying baby "your advice the new mom or dad to be" its best way to make the father part of it. thier advice can been be very well useful. also i would have a grab "just a gift bag" that everyone can place a small item in that can be package of binkies or maybe even coupons. it can be anything ducks are a cute idea for baby shower. oh way to help the new mommy out have guest book like for wedding ready for everyone who comes to sign it with their number or email for the mom and dad to send thank you cards to.
