What do my dreams mean?

Every night for the past week i have been having dreams about babies. Some dreams i will be pregnant and i can feel the baby moving. My nephew is about to be 5 and he is grown now. I have dreams about when he was 1 and still in diapers. Many dreams when he was a baby. Then i had a dream that i was carrying a baby that was dying in my arms. I keep having dreams about babies, pregnancy and my nephew as a toddler. What does this meannn.???
