Working moms, i need advice?

I went back to work full time when my girl was only 7 weeks old. I took her to the home of one of my best friend's sister, as my friend watched her sister's 2 children there during the day and agreed to take on watching Ari as well. It was really hard for me to leave her when she was so young, but honestly, I think it's better if they go when they're really little...at least it's easier on them. Now Ari is 15 months and is watched by my friend's sister instead of my friend because the sister lost her job and became a SAHM...so my friend had to find other employment. But even that wasn't hard on my girl because she's still in the same place with the same children and the sister is just as good with her as my friend was. I think in the US, at home daycares or arrangements like mine are your best option. Some of the franchise centers have a bad reputation and I'm thankful I don't have to take my girl there.
